      0/5 Stars - Appalling Experience with Empire One Agent Jacquelyn J**** AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
      I'm still trying to process the utter disappointment and frustration I've experienced Empire One agent Jacquelyn J**** after being rear-ended in an accident on December 6th, 2024. Despite the other driver taking full responsibility, Jacquelyn J****' lack of support and communication was equally appalling.
      The adjuster's along with Jacquelyn's complete lack of communication was staggering. It took over 14 excruciating days for them to finally contact me after filing the claim, and even then, it was clear they were only doing the bare minimum. The estimate, which I finally received on December 19th, was just another example of their ineptitude.
      But what really took the cake was her failure to notify the rental car company to extend my rental. I was left to deal with the fallout, and the rental company was unaware that my insurance covered the rental and were equally appalled with Jacquelyn's way of dealing with this. Unbelievable.
      I reached out to Jacquelyn J****, my Empire One agent, multiple times for assistance and guidance, but she was completely unresponsive until I had to threaten legal action.My cries for help were met with deafening silence. No responses, no correspondence, no nothing. It was as if I was invisible.
      And the cherry on top? My policy premium increased by a whopping 120% following the accident. An accident that was not my fault. When I mentioned this to Jacquelyn she was unconcerned and gave me the run around with no answers. The audacity is staggering.
      If you value your sanity and your hard-earned money, stay far, far away from Empire One agent Jacquelyn J****. Her incompetence, lack of communication, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make them a team to avoid at all costs.
