      We recently used Kimberly Brown Roofing for replacing vinyl siding on our home. She was on the job site with her workers all along, working right beside them. They did a great job and really paid attention to detail. She gave us a very fair price and was committed to giving us exactly what we wanted. She treated our home as she would treat her own. We would highly recommend her for all your needs.

      Unfortunately, I have had a three-year long nightmare with this company. I hired Kimberly to replace my roof in December 2021. I should have known something was wrong when she sent me a photo of a contract instead of handing me a copy, but she was recommended by a friend, so I let it slide. There was bad weather, but they proceeded with the job which took several weeks. They left shingles, particle board, and palettes on my driveway until March, when I let Kimberly know that there were waves and ridges in the new roof. At this time she assured me everything would straighten out come summer. By July ‘22, I emailed her again about the ridges which were still present. She told me again that there was no issue. I then paid for a second contractor to inspect the roof, who confirmed that something was not right. It was not until July ‘23 that I was able to get a hold of Kimberly again, because the roof was leaking. She came out to apply some caulk, and then finally admitted that the waves and ridges in the roof were not correct. By this time I had written them a bad review here on BBB, and Kimberly convinced me to remove it, promising they would come back and fix everything. I heard nothing from her until October, when she delayed the repair again. Then in December, she delayed, stating she wanted to wait for better weather. April ‘24, another delay because of rain. It was not until May ‘24 that I saw Kimberly again. Two workers came out to work on the singles for about 2 hours, making no visible difference to the roof. I sent Kimberly a photo immediately, showing her that the problem had not been solved. It is now July, and I have heard nothing. After three years, I am done chasing this unprofessional business owner, and I will hire someone more competent to fix the issue they created. Perhaps they saw a new homeowner who they could easily take advantage of, which is such a shame. I would certainly recommend that everyone stay far, far away.
