      Charged for additional month of service following an in person visit and request end of service. Request made on June 26 then billed anyway in July for the amount of $57.37. Questioned billing on July 9 after receiving automated billing. Was told I would be contacted by the manager the following day and it would be corrected it would be corrected. No contact received, returned to business on July 14 told by Stephanie a cancel form was never submitted by me and I needed to contact customer services. No customer services listed and no phone number available. This company bills automatically every month so it is likely I will continue to be billed. I would like my refund of $57.37 as no service was requested and that any further billing be stopped.

      Client was issued a refund in 07/14/24 by the manager when he visited the location there is no further actions for us to take as this clients CC info has been removed from our database
