      Racially, I was profiled and they stole my lawn mower, they Refuse to do any interaction with me after that

      I took my lawn mower to lawn pro. And just to get blades and a liftgate which is about a couple 100 bucks. I get a call from them 3 weeks later, saying that my lawn mower was about $1400 to fix for a whole bunch of stuff. My lawn mower is new. It has 20 hours of driving on it. I only brought it for my backyard and I bought A8 months ago. Maybe 9 months ago and the lady at the counter was extremely racist, the one over the phone. Her name is Donna *****.

      When this customer called in, he was given a lead time of 2
      weeks for his machine to be looked at because of the backlog of the season. We
      picked up his machine on June 10th and brought it to our location. Pictures are
      attached of the condition of the machine in the customers driveway before we
      loaded it onto our truck. Within the 2-week timeframe, on day 13, he called inquiring
      about his estimate. During this call, the customer accused us of not repairing
      or looking at his machine yet, which is false as  the information he was being given on this
      call was the estimate for needed and suggested repairs based on what was
      observed broken on his machine. He proceeded to say during the initial phone
      call that he’s sure he’s the only customer that we’ve had in the past three
      years who is black with a **** *****. He got very upset and didn’t want to hear the estimate, he
      said he just wanted his machine back. He was told there would be a pick-up and
      delivery charge and an estimate charge and he was very disrespectful, using
      various profanity and said we would be hearing from his lawyer and then he hung
      up. The store manager then tried to call him and received the
      same treatment as the original employee that spoke with the customer. At this
      point the customer then stated that we stole his machine, and he was going to
      call the police. He also stated that he “would get his money out of you somehow”,
      then threatened to vandalize new equipment that is on this location’s property. We have since contacted the local police department given
      his threats, and his machine has been delivered (with police escort) back to
      him unrepaired, and in the exact same condition it was received in. The pick-up
      and delivery charge as well as the estimate charge has been deleted. This machine was not purchased from our company but
      purchased from the local **** ***** store on 9-3-2024. Also, when the customer
      purchased this machine, the product was never registered for warranty coverage.
      All the damage to this machine is due to misuse by the customer as seen in the
      attached pictures and not covered under factory warranty. Pictures were also
      taken upon drop off to document the condition of the machine. The estimates
      reflect needed and suggested repairs. Therefore, in response to customers desired outcome of
      product replacement: 1-Damage was caused by customer misuse. 2-Our company didn’t perform any work on his machine other than visually inspecting condition and original reason customer wanted service.

      On 12/11.23 paid $528.76 for mower belt replace and tune up ( ***** certified dealer) on return
      12/11/23 running terrible . Call dealer they came & took back to shop.
      Return 12/23/23 still smoking and engine surge. Call dealer. Nice rep will have man stop to house after holidays as tech said found nothing wrong * Tractor bought new from this dealer fall 2021.
      1/15/24 . I send video of machine running terrible and me starting it smoke pouring out etc to service rep Chelsea. 1/22/24 I call & get differ service re ( Karen ) says no more Chelsea and no more man to house - the tractor must come to shop. I tell her already did this. She insists they won’t fix unless in shop . Mower back to them NO MENTION OF MORE COST TO ME. not one word or hint of it ever till
      2/6/24 call from ***** - man ( Michael) says find nothing wrong w machine. Man says I owe $157 more. I tell him to look into this as it was Karen’s insist that it went back and she never said one word about more cost He agreed to look into it. Within an hour Karen calls- we go around as she says previous person I made arrangements with no longer works there she herself is new and if I want my machine back I must pay. I keep telling her she is one insisted it come back in and never told me more billing
      She then offers me to pay half she says is $113. 38. I say that is not half of $159. She says it is half of pick up and delivery fee. She wants my credit card. Rude I tell her I will pay driver as I usually do. I paid driver who gave me invoice indicating :labor 61.04 misc 43.96 environmental fee 2.06 & tax $8.38.
      Additional charges as a surprise not right she told it was re transport fee when invoice ( 2/6/24 work order # ******) has ZERO re transport. Noteworthy machine still surging &/engine smoke coming from right side of motor. NEVER:Did this before. went in orig for broken belt & end of season tune & clean.
      Request refund of surprise billing $113.38 NO KNOWLEDGE no agree

      I'm requesting the $113.38 be refunded please because I wasn't aware I would be charged for that.

      2 representatives from LandPro have been in contact with the customer and have offered to visit the customer at her location to review the repairs on the unit. The customer has declined that offer and wishes to no longer be contacted. Out of goodwill, we have the refund in process and the customer will be receiving a refund check from LandPro Equipment.

      I contacted this company to make my **** ***** tractor mower repaired. They did it, but again my tractor mower had the same problem, so my tractor mower went back and forth from my home to their shop and each time they saidmy tractor mower was fine, something happened again, the same problem to a point there was even white smoke coming from the motor. At this point they took my tractor mower in their shop to fix the problem, but again one more time the smoke came again. And all of that costed u more than $800. I never bothered to call them back even though with the white smoke problem. And today, August 17 2023, I tried one more time to start the engine. But there is nothing I can do, the tractor mower is dead to the world and I have no more money to make it repaire by them again. They should have fixed the problems one and for all. They are a fraud should not be trusted.

      I tried many times to start my **** ***** riding tractor mower that my mother in law paid more than $800, to be completly repaired, and even though my tractor mower went back in force from my home to their repair shop, non of them really fix what ever problems pertain to this mower, so I am here almost having tge town of Greece saying that my grass is to high just because they were not capable to find the source of the non functionality of this riding tractor mower, that smokes from the motor, that stops functioning after 5 minutes, that will not switch on, even though I tried, that has something wrong that drain all the time the battery and had to change 4 times the battery, that has a hard time to put the reverse with speed geere. Why do they say they are that great and are not capable to repair a simple damned **** ***** riding tractor mower? We paid a lot and I do not work, and have no income. Plus I have a very bad general health but to man up and use a weedwacker to cut my front loan and my backyard, because of the town of Greece reglementations and felt on the ground with my heart issues. I am sick of false promises and ********  that this company in Spenceport road told us over and over, that the mower was repaired, but it was not in really each I tried to use it. Either they fix the entire tractor mower, or replace it with one which woild be similar but functions. My health depends on it. I cannot use a push mower that I don't have and could not use and push it anyway. I feel extremly sad and cheated. I feel abused. Those people abuse the trust of honest souls. Those repairs done were like in really pretanded repairs because of the continious problems which dwelled within this riding mower.

      I left ****** another voicemail this morning letting him know that we had attempted to contact him multiple times.  I did let him know we would stop calling unless he decided to reach back out and I left him my cell phone number.  From what I know from my Service Manager at this location, ****** had a substantial repair done to his mower earlier this year.  He also had to have the mower picked up another time for a seemingly unrelated issue and we did not charge him pickup and delivery given the proximity to the larger repair work.  After that, he called regarding the below stated issue about “smoking”.  We did look at his machine and did not find any issues, and we were assuming the choke on the machine may be being left on during operation.  We are happy to look at it again if he contacts the store, I am very confident in our technician’s diagnostic ability but at this point, we have exhausted all routes forward until he reaches back out.

      i purchased a chain saw from landpro in brockport on 10/7/21 was told if i buy a 6pk of oil i will have a 2 year warranty so i did i had a problem with the chain not cutting i used it one time on 5/07/21 landopro replaced the chain so i used again for the 2nd time on 5/06/23 chain still doing the same thing does not cut is just smokes spoke to service manager she said cant help u if i have know that they where just trying to up sell and not explain warranty i would have never purchased this chainsaw in voice is ******* my invoice also says double warranty i recieved no other papers total was 295.37 on credit card i would like my money back i am tired of talking to people thanks ******* ******
