      Hello,In March 2024, I wanted to file a foreign bank account with the *** at the ******* website - the filing fee is free. However, when I went to ****** to search for this site, it led me to this company *************. Without knowing this is not the *** website, I filed my foreign bank account on March 4, 2024. Then it required me to pay a fee of $195 and I paid it with my credit card. Later, I realized that was charged twice for this fee on the same day on my credit card. I contacted the *** and they told me that the *** does not charge any fees and *** does not recognize this ********** the following weeks and months, I have contacted this company several times, but they never responded to my request (emails) for a refund. My credit card company also contacted this company on my behalf, but they were told that by the time it passed two months, so this company would not refund me.       On the 25th of May 2024, Efilefbar illegally and without permission charged $395 to my card. I believe they have retained my card details from a transaction I made with them a year ago.At no point have I agreed to this charge, requested it, or authorized it.

      On April 8, 2024, searched on google.com for the website for FBAR submissions The e-fileFBAR.com website came up as the first hit. Website looked very like the official site for the *** ******** System. ********************************************* Having entered in a lot of personal details I realized that this was not the official government website when it started to ask for $195 fee. The government service is completely free and identical. This website offers no benefit for charging $195 So I ceased submitting and backed out but I have now being invoiced by an individual at the company called *********************** ***************************** for $195, even though I didnt file. The website should be delisted or made to look very different from the government website. I would also like no further contact from this company.They left another contact address as the following in an email eFileFBAR ********************************
