    On Sept 27th 2022, I hired Same Day Appliance Tech ("SDAT") to repair the refrigerator in my kitchen, which was having problems maintaining the correct temperatures in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The SDAT technician came, performed some work, told me that the repairs would fix the problem, and took $635. However, the repairs have never worked, so I have tried to contact SDAT again for additional repairs or refunds. SDAT has entirely ignored all my calls for weeks, and continues to refuse to communicate in any way. I believe that the actions of SDAT are either a breach of warranty or fraud, and I am asking for help to contact them and obtain relief.

    The business never returned my call.
    And never answered me. not in 5 days also
    It was clearly a fraud

    We did contact to this company for GE refrigerator issue and a person name **** came on 6/11/2022 and charged us 400$. He did something and problem wasnt resolved. He was told agin a few days after he came and said will fix it. It wasnt resolved either. He cut some connections in freezer part and said will come in seven days to resolve it. Didnt show up after and its been almost two months now. We cant have ice to be used and he disconnected some part of the freezer to be on. After so many attempts to contact him, he didnt show up yet. I want refund of my money so I can contact another Person. Thank you

    Hi I do not have his address or his business card as he seems like fraud working in Long Island he communicating with me via text and his phone number that he use for text contact is ********** and sometime he contact via text from.    ************************************* and I also know this fraud gang of so called text are Pakistani origin as I recognize them. As I am from same country. I have there whole trail of text messages but we cannot trace there location using there texts the phone number above I wrote is his phone number that could be used to find him. He not only take money also remove genuine parts from branded appliances thats how terrible they are .
