    I don't even want to give them one star. Our Frigidaire unit stopped cooling and our warranty company hooked us up with RTV. I have never worked with such a group of liars. They don't answer their phones or emails. When they scheduled an appointment they wouldn't call to confirm a time slot, when we got in touch with them they would say they would get back to ** and then wouldn't. Then they never showed. This happened time after time. we stayed home from work at least 6-7 times for them not to show. They told ** they ordered parts when they didn't, told ** parts were broken before they were even installed or delivered. One time when they were on the phone with my husband, he heard someone in the background telling the lady on the phone to say he couldn't come because he has Covid! Liars!! We lived without a working unit in our kitchen for over 6 months due to their inept attention to our case. Unacceptable!!
