    I contracted Built Rite to remodel our Kitchen and Bathroom for $50,000 in December of 2021. We also added LVF flooring of the kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway to the job. The job was completed in March of 2022. The opening for the refrigerator in the kitchen was not wide enough and when I voiced my concern to the owner he tried to say that the refrigerator was bulging in the middle due to it being damaged which clearly wasnt the case. I asked him to make the opening bigger and he say he couldnt do it because all the work around the opening was finished carpentry . I now cant get the refrigerator out of the opening because its jammed in there. There is also a piece of vinyl flooring in our Dining area that is cracked because something that wasnt removed from the sub floor is protruding through it. I have been trying to contact the company for almost a year to resolve these issues but can not get a call back even though I have left numerous messages.

    Unfortunately this was either never received or overlooked by our company.
    It is our policy to always take care of our valued customers.
     Customers requiring service on work performed by Built Right Renovations **** should see below.
    Log onto our web site ******************* request form for service.
    ************ refrigerator purchased by him  was the same size as cabinet opening
    Therefore  fit was extremely tight and few options were available due to space, ************ was given options and chose to have us  install the refrigerator into the tight opening.
    As for something under the floor during installation was probably missed.
