  I had a new Raini heating system put in transferred from oil to gas. They completed the job and Inspector came. It did not pass inspection because of the venting was improper. Nobody ever came back. The heating system broke five years and four months later I had to replace the whole unit And come to find out my childrens rooms. Were getting carbon monoxide because it was not vented properly and my dog died. This is horrible. And my daughter sleeping in that room has been sick for 2 1/2 years from carbon monoxide out of work basically disabled!!!!

  This current heat wave reminded me how glad I am that we installed central air last July and how satisfied we were with Universe. The salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. The electricians and AC installers were the best. Prompt, efficient and neat -- the only evidence that any work had been done was the cool air left behind.Very happy with Universe.High marks to all involved.*****************************,

  CALLED TO HAVE AC REPAIRED. THEY OVER CHARGED, ***** GOUGED AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A SITUATION. WE WANT SATISFACTION AND WOULD LIKE HALF THE AMOUNT OF MONEY BACK.

  New central A/C unit installed 9/22/22, $13,000.. it has never worked!!!!! They have been back 6 times. each time costing me a days pay including the three times they canceled appointments. My lawyer says it will cost $5000 to *** them, so I lose half my money anyway. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It took 20 visits to repair the A/C unit in our garage. So far I have called them 8 times asking to speak with a manager or supervisor and was told they would call me back. I never received a call back.

  Like many we signed up for an AC tuneup of our system which includes all the basics inspections and checks. The guy was in and out done checking in 15 mins and told us our system was running fine. Few days later our systems stopped working, we hired another hvac technician to check our system and he found that we are low on refrigerant on of the unit and one of the other unit is short cycling and the motherboard became faulty. None of this was detected during the tuneup. All they did was trying to sell us extra services, like the air scrubber for $1695. and they also proceeded to fraudulently charge us $500 to spray water on my condenser, which was sold as part of the ac tuneup. I would not recommend them ever. They are very unprofessional, does half a** jobs and try to oversell and overcharge you. At this point i wouldn't put it pass that they deliberately broke something during the tuneup.
