    I received a letter back in the beginning of June regarding a data breach of my personal information by Enzo Clinical Labs between the days of April 4, 2023 - April 6, 2023. I have made at least 10 phone calls written emails all to no avail. No one returns a call even after taking further information from me over the phone and requesting to speak to a supervisor! I have a right to information of what was breached by them. No one has had the decency or the courtesy to give me a call back, all they do is take further information from you and you get nowhere and this is after being on hold with them anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. This needs to be stopped immediately as personal information is being sent and is being breached without my knowledge. I do not need to become a victim of fraud!! Enzo Clinical Labs needs to be held accountable for this!!

    I received a letter from **** stating that my health information and personal information were compromised in a data breach. The letter provided a telephone number to contact in order to find out more about the breach. However, despite my repeated attempts, I have been unable to obtain any additional information from ********. I have called them several times over the past month, hoping to learn more about the breach and determine what information was accessed by hackers. On each occasion, an employee at **** assured me that I would receive a call back from someone with access to this information within 5 days. Unfortunately, I have never been contacted by *****Over the past decade, I have taken numerous precautions to safeguard my privacy and avoid falling victim to such breaches. It is deeply concerning that ******** not only failed to adequately protect my information, but also appears to be dismissive of this breach by not returning my calls. Without knowing the specifics of what information was compromised, I am unable to take the necessary precautions to protect myself against identity theft and other malicious activities. **** has demonstrated a complete lack of intention to provide me with this crucial information, indicating a careless approach to handling the breach.

    I received a letter from Enzo lab that was a ransonware incident on April 4-6,2023. However, I just received a letter today 6/12. Apparently the company did a filing with the SEC due to increased cost? Is this a joke? Apparently my name ,ss# and clinical test results were accessed. Why am I getting the information today? Two months later? 2.5 million people were effected. I want an explanation from the co WHY was I no notified 2 month ago? I called the contact number on the letter. It is down due to TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES! Calling regular customer service. Getting disconnected after 20 minute hold, recording is asking to leave a message. Disgraceful!

    I have taken blood work and a urinalysis for my doctor. 3/28/23. Enzo labs has failed to produce results or notify me that their systems are down. In the mean time I became sicker because my doctor did not get the results. They advised my doctor that their systems were down but failed to notify the clients/patients that information also. The is negligence! Some people could have died! I dont know if they are transferring their systems over from lab corp who just bought them out and they are having difficulty. But by law they have a timely manner in which to notify the patient/client. Its been 4 weeks!!! Where is my notification! This should be a class action lawsuit!
