      We paid for a 10 series treatment. This season they were supposed to start with an egg inhibitor which they left a receipt saying they did the work but could not have as the gate was locked since we were not notified they were coming.. Then they did come back to do the egg inhibitor. We were then sent a text message on Friday, May 17th saying they were coming to treat the property on May 20th. They said to make sure the gate was unlocked and all pets remain indoors. We spent the whole day waiting for them to come and they never showed up. As this was the second time we have had an issue since this season started I called to speak to the owner. I was told I would receive a call back.. I never did so I called back 2 more times and left messages and still no response. At this point, we have lost trust in this company and will hire another company for this season. We would like our money back for the remaining 2 treatments that we paid for but did not receive.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. There was a misunderstanding and it has been resolved to my satisfaction .
