They harass customers by calling them 20 to 40 times. Even if the client has blocked there number, had picked up and then hung up or they have to leave voicemails. It makes a lot of sense to keep calling. This company lacks integrity or ethics. People are just numbers to them. How many people can we get to get some green. Even there employees dont even get treated equally.

Terrible and profoundly understaffed. I've placed five calls over 10 days to correct a billing problem and no answer and forced to the ProCare voicemail which promises a call back. In a pig's eye! They don't call. They are professional call duckers and over-billers.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Absolute Care never got my mothers secondary insurance from her nursing home and billed ** over $2500 for medications that would have been covered. When I talked to someone about the bill and gave them the insurance policy, they refused to turn it in. Nothing but ****** and thieves in my opinion.

My 92 year old mother-in-law with severe dementia was billed for drugs that were never filled. She was moving out of a skilled nursing facility and the doctor ordered 8 pages of meds that she wasnt on and didnt need 2 days before she moved out. The new nursing home refused all but her normal medications. She is now being billed for two drugs that were not filled and not covered by insurance. She has $280.00 bill for drugs we never received. I have called three days in a row and after a long hold I am sent to voicemail. Nobody has returned my call.
