      I suspect this is not an ethical business. My contact with them was on September 12, 2022. I asked for a price from the agent who answered the phone and she provided me with a starting price and told me the agent would contact me with an exact price prior to arriving. The locksmith called but hung-up without leaving a message. I called the number back and was told he would arrive within 25 minutes. He did not, so I called his agency to let them know. He arrived over an hour later and charged me an outrageous fee. I called to inquire with his agency who asked me how much he charged and when I told them, they stated their supervisor would call me back. I have not received a return call to date but plan to inquire with the police department about their record with customers. I was not far from their location in Farmington but it took the locksmith over an hour to get to me after he told me he got delayed somewhere. My perception was he saw that I am a gray haired, black female and took advantage of me. it took him less then 2 minutes to open my car. I spent most of the time filling out a payment invoice. I do not recommend this agency. Particularly after he told me that if I was paying cash, he would charge less. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. If I could give them zero stars, I would because that's what their locksmith earned.
