    We booked Five Star Chef Solutions several months ago to provide a private chef for my bachelorette party in ******* ** on Aug 12 2023, total cost $2000 paid through Venmo. The owner ***** was very difficult to communicate with and called an hour before our event to cancel, stating the chef had a migraine. ***** said she would process a refund Monday, then she stopped responding to our messages. Several people from our group have tried to reach out but ***** blocks all of our numbers. There are other reviews online of similar experiences with this company. We just want a refund and for this company to stop scamming others.

    I contracted with 5 Star Chef Solutions for my bachelorette party on 7/22/23. I was in contact with the owner ********************* several times prior working out the menu etc. She asked I pay via Zelle and ***** to save on taxes and fees. I paid her a total of $2140 as she gave a $50 discount from the contracted price. On the day of the event nobody showed up. We tried to contact ***** several times that Saturday, Sunday, and Monday following the event. On Tuesday 7/25/23, she reaches out and claims she was out of the country and wasnt aware the chef never showed up. She promised to refund everything by 7/27 or the morning of 7/28 the latest. Since then she has continued to ignore all phone calls and messages. In further researching this company since this exeperience, it appears other individuals (based on **** reviews) have had the same exact experience. I would love to get my money back but in addition I want to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
