    Paid down payment for epoxy floor. Spoke with owner and conveyed to him that I wanted a heavy flake epoxy floor. He stated that it would require him buying extra flake and more labor. He charged me an extra $195.00. When I got home and looked at the floor there was not nearly enough flake and I was deeply disappointed. The owner simply apologized, but never offered to correct anything and demanded payment even though he knew I was not happy. I even showed him pictures of exactly what I wanted before he even came to our jobsite or my signing the contract. Very angry still. Floor looks like a kindergartner did it. Might just take him to small claims court. I see he is still advertising on ********. Extremely disappointed.

    BBB. Thank you for making me aware. From one professional to another yes, there are always two sides to a story and Im happy to include mine. I am also attaching a photo of the completed application so that any other prospect or viewer or happy customer can see the impeccable quality application that was completed. Yes, I did apologize to the client but not for our beautiful work but that they weren't satisfied. You will have that if you are in business long enough. Its just inevitable. A refund is not in order here as the photo shows. We did charge for the additional flakes requested but never charged for our labor. I agreed to add them as part of the project at no cost. The client stated it did not need to be EXACTLY like their pictured offered but still a heavy application which we provided as you can see in the photo. Another application that we are proud of! Again, thank you with the ability to respond. Make it a great day and God Bless.
