      Great work but horrible customer service! No communication, unauthorized bank withdrawal attempts, hanging up when asked for things in writing and threatening to go after your home! Unacceptable!

      She was happy with the work but decided not to pay her bill. She stated she had the money to pay the bill, but spent it on "other things that came up". She said she couldn't believe we would put a Lien on her property for a lousy $1500. Dollars, but made no attempt to pay the small amount and would not answer phone calls when trying to collect.
      In NYS, the next legal course of action is to place a Mechanic's Lien on the property where a contractor performs work and the property owner does not pay- it does not matter how much is owed.
      We kindly worked out a payment plan that was feasible for her- interest free.

      I did have the money and was told we could pay cash then told we had to wait for a bill which was received months later. We did not refuse to pay. When a bill was received we made a payment because yes, life happened and I could not make the full payment. Then the company decided to not once, but twice take an unauthorized payment from my account. They saved my information for a one time payment from the deposit. I had to change everything on my account so they would stop. I have never received a voicemail, email, text or any other form of communication. I had to call them when they attempted to take my money without consent or notification. As for the lien, I questioned it because they threatened to put a lien for $100,000!!! I have never heard of that! I then learned it was false information. They said I signed papers agreeing to auto withdrawal but when asked for copies that’s when they hung up. I would have had no problem speaking to her if she was not so nasty. I called to inquire about the money being taken and she was immediately nasty to me. The phone call could have been much different if she was not so nasty.
