      Please see my attached letter to J and L Storage. This will explain how they overcharged me, the evidence and how I am/have requesting a refund. The are not responding to me and I believe it is best that I work through your agency before the court system. I have specific evidence to indicate that their computer system overcharged me. I belive this is a misunderstanding and I am willing to work it out with the company and/or owner. Speficially, their manager reached out to me when the rent was due ( November) and it was not occupied or locked. I told him I was done with the storage unit and their system continued to take payment out of my account. The letter states specific dates and amounts. The best evidence is the pictures. I am requesting a refund at this time. The bank did offer to open an ivestigation to determine if this was actual fraud. Again, I am holding off on a bank investigation and small claims court at this time and my hope is to work it out with the owner of the company. My account with J and L Storage is not able to be accessed. Thank you! -*****
