    HORRIBLE company. Booked a move from ** to **; All Country showed up, packed the truck with my possessions AND THEN informed me theyre heading to ********(!) prior to delivering my stuff to **. When my possessions arrived I discovered that some items were missing, other items were damagedhorrible. Contacted them about my missing (stolen) items, submitted a claim - and never heard from them again. Stay away!!!

    If I could grade a negative star I would. Not only was every piece of furniture damaged, Every box was crushed breaking our *****, dishes, valuables, and basically everything else. This was of course after they raised my charges from $9,000 to $15,000 and delivered my items 14 days late. When they arrived and we saw how damaged everything was we wanted to speak with some before we paid and we were told "If we do not pay them in advance they will not take anything off the truck and they would leave"... Talk about being held hostage! And then after all of this mess and they unloaded all of our damaged items the wonderful tractor-trailer driver backed his truck into my parked car and wanted to blame me for not moving my car before he left.All Country Moving and Storage and On Track Movers LLC are an absolute joke and should NEVER be used by anyone!!!

    Horrible service, didnt know they were a broker. Set us up with the worst moving company ever!!!! Stuff was damaged, $ amounts were false, wont return my calls

    DO NOT USE. The people you talk with on the phone are nothing but nice voices luring you into a trap. Your estimate is not a contract, and you will regret letting them touch your goods. I was quoted $7700, paid deposits, and each time I spoke with them the price went up. By the time the move happened, I owed $13,500 and had already paid $3000 that was non-refundable.They seem helpful and nice during the beginning of the process, but as soon as your stuff is on their company's truck, they increase the price significantly and then stop answering any calls, texts, and emails. Upon delivery, half of my furniture was damaged and other crucial goods (flatware, baby clothes) were outright missing. They also damaged the tile in my home.Don't trust them, don't use them. It's not worth it. I am $13,500 poorer because of them, and now I have less things because they lost and damaged them. Find a moving company you can trust from word of mouth. There are good ones out there, but this is exactly the kind of company your parents warn you about.
