RCS is unethical agency. I have written to ** Attorney general to investigate RJC. RJC is not compliant with any laws in the *****************. RCS refuses to assist with debt settlement. In addition, refuses to provide clear policy as to when one's credit would be impacted. RCS must provide clear credit reporting policies and actually do their jobs such as work to settle debts if request has been received.

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Receivable Collection Services LLC and ******************************* regarding the distressing experiences I have endured at the hands of these companies. The events that have unfolded have left me feeling like a victim of a merciless scam, causing irreparable damage to my trust and faith in these organizations. Approximately a year ago, I contacted Receivable Collection Services LLC to address a concerning step on my credit report. However, instead of finding solace or reassurance, I was met with a callous response that dismissed my identity verification and claimed I was not the person I claimed to be This rejection shattered my trust, especially considering the trauma I had already endured as a victim of fraud. I reached out to the agency again, and their representative acknowledged the previous conversation and apologized for the false accusations. They claimed it was a case of mistaken identity, which only deepened my doubts regarding the company's credibility.I sought guidance from *******************************, and they assured me of swift action. However, the promised call from Receivable Collection Services LLC never materialized. This lack of communication reinforced my skepticism and solidified my conviction that these companies operate with a complete disregard for professionalism and may even engage in fraudulent activities. The pain and frustration caused by these experiences are indescribable. I demand immediate resolution and restitution for the harm inflicted. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me no choice but to take further legal action to protect myself and others from the potential harm caused by Receivable Collection Services LLC and *******************************.I hope that the Better Business Bureau can intervene and help facilitate a fair and just resolution. I eagerly await your response and appreciate your attention to this serious issue.

Receivable Collection Services, LLC (RCS) has reviewed the review posted and appreciates this opportunity to respond. Account review shows a contact with an individual on 07-08-2022 claiming to be the student listed on the account being referred to. Upon RCS's request for information to verify and authenticate the person calling, the individual was unable to provide the correct spelling of the surname on record nor was able to provide the date of birth for the accountholder. Subsequently a dispute was filed with Experian in response to a claim that the account was fraudulent and the student who attended the classes and secured grades was not the individual whos name was listed to the account. All debt validation documents were sent to the student of record including attendance records, registration and grade reports. Subsequent to the mailing of these records, an individual called claiming to be the student and asked for a "pay for delete" settlement. We advised that the protocol for consideration of a settlement would be to provide information as to the current hardship/situation for our client to consider a reduction in the amount due. Infromation was denied and individual became persistent that they want to pay a lesser amount only if the tradeline would be removed from the credit bureau. RCS advised that we do not provide "pay for delete" and advised as to our reporting procedures under the ***** If the student wishes to further discuss their account and assist in resolving same, RCS may be reached at ************ or written inquiries to RCS ***********************************************************************Thank you.
