    On July 6, 2022 I called Finesse Porcelain Studio though on their invoice they call themselves Finesse Dental Studio at ************, and spoke to ***** the lab manager to ask if he was able to provide the laboratory services to construct a lower partial denture for my patient. He said yes and I asked how long it would take to get his work to my office once I sent him the impressions. Initially the work was done but he was late delivering the case by days so I had to reschedule the patient multiple times. ***** never called to say he needed more time to make the case though the dates were clearly written and followed hi guidelines. He just failed ot deliver the case. Now as the last piece of lab work was to be delivered, the patients false teeth denture, ***** did not deliver it on the date he promised, did not let my office know he was going to be late with the lab work and refuses to take my calls. Now I have no teeth to give this poor patient and will have to start over again taking impressions and working on her teeth over multiple visits as Finesse lab is holding the woman's teeth hostage! They won't even give me her models back. Finesse is probably violating the law and should be closed down before they cause harm to other people.
