    My Gree multisplit AC system has been out going on 4 weeks. still waiting on parts. Dont seem to be in no rush to fix or replace in this heat. Stone's Heating and *** Services, LLC. has been very lackadaisical in trying to get it working in this heat. All I get is they are waiting on a part and most parts for the **** system as backordered. System is still under warrantee and if I do anything it is void. It truly looks like there is no warrantee. I was told the boards would be in yesterday (16 Aug) . Well Guess NOT. I received a call from the local installer and only one came in and maybe some time NEXT WEEK for the other. Temps are in the upper 90s to 100 and in South Georgia's high humidity it is over 120 F and more in an enclosed building. Gree will not provide any way to work with them all they do is say contact the local dealer. The local dealer is telling me the company is shipping the part but they dont provide and tracking numbers to verify with them.

    My Gree System spews out black mold particles. I have repeatedly asked the installer *************************** of ***** ** to come out to clean the ****** from inside coils - which he did once leaving a puddle of contaminated water on my oak flooring-which I complained about. He has refused to come back even though I offered to pay for service call. I made appointment which he disregarded and did not honor the appointment.That is why I am complaining. I now have 2 units spewing out black mold chunks. My husband and i are in poor health and cant get on ladders.***************** does not know how to figure cubic space so we had to pay extra for an additional unit for bedroom because he did not figure 10 foot ceilings when he computed BTUS necessary for correct cooling needs.We paid for his mistake but he refuses to come out to service this system . Gree has a problem and I would appreciate help getting this solved.I did try to contact Gree by email but it is rejected and will not go through.Sincerely, *******************
