    I will start off by saying i have brought my cars into **** for at least 15 years. I think now that **** retired, Prela is run by thieves. The first issue I had was when I asked for a quote to change my brakes. I was quoted DEALERSHIP prices. If I wanted to spend DEALERSHIP prices, I'd go to the dealer (it was a several hundred dollar difference in price). The next instance was when I needed a new battery. The new owner of Prela automatically assumed I wanted the more expensive battery. You think??? Spend $35 for ABSOLUTELY no benefit to me, only their pocket. And then today, I looked at the invoice from an oils change last Wednesday and saw they charged me for a gallon of windshield washer fluid. They never asked if I needed it (and I don't think they added any to the reservoir I filled 2 weeks ago. What a shame this business is being run into the ground. But when you're a thief, you don't think about getting caught. Especially by a woman...
