    On September 14th I popped into the boutique trying to purchase a waist trainer, it was $120.00. Before leaving the store I asked the attendant if the waist trainer didnt fit, or if I decided I no longer wanted it would it be possible to come back to return it her response was that I could. I made sure to ask her twice to reassure I could return the item because I was leaning more towards the decision that I would just come within the week to return it which I did on September 21st at 11 a.m. to which I met a different attendant that day who said she doesnt know why her coworker told me I could return it and get my money back when they have a no return policy and proceeded to show me a paper sign they had that was buried under a pile of other papers on top of it saying no returns and I explained to her how I made sure the day I spoke to her coworker that I could return the item because I was set on the fact that I didnt want to keep it, in addition no where on the receipt I was given does it state any return policy, and the no return sign isnt even visible to customers. She then told me to just pick out items for the same value and I told her I just wanted my money back there was nothing from that store I wanted. I told her I was leaving the item there along with my contact information so the owner could get back to me and hopefully ***** me my money back, which then she asked me if I could leave my debit card number and information for the owner and I told her I will not be leaving my debit card information especially since it was an Apple Pay purchase and that information was private and I left. Weeks went by and I never got contacted so I started calling the store and the same attendant I met the second time around would pick up and tell me the owner was on vacation, this has been going on ever since I call for updates and get the same response. I dont even have the item in my possession anymore and have this charge of $120 for something I dont even own
