    In April I hired this firm to create a logo and website for me. I gave them $1950, They secured a domain, and hapharzardly loaded a dummy site on my domain. They did create a beautiful Logo for me, only giving me some copies to the logo. I was promised letterhead, envelopes, business cards which were never received. Then I had gotten very ill and had to put the project on hold. When I came back I wanted to add a portal, I gave them an additional $3000 in June, then decided I could not afford it and asked them to stop production on that and focus on the unbuild shell of a website that was up in my domain. They told me not to worry about it. I was bullied into agreeing and liking the website, going along with things that I was not sure about. I had giving them enough content for a full site and it still looked like it was half finished and unprofessional, on top of the fact the content I was giving them was being changed or not even being up loaded. I had asked several times to haveacces to my website which was denied several times. Finally I asked a professional webdesigner look at it and he confirmed my greatest fears that I had been taken to the cleaners by this company. He suggested that I try to make it work. we scheduled a meeting with them even tried a couple of constructive emails. Finally I emailed them, in their website it gives a 100% satisfaction gaureentee. I am not satisfied. I asked $950 back for the unfinished website and $3000 for the webportale that wasn't even started which I thought was fair. I was told that my case did not fall under that policy and it special cercumstances. Honestly, I feel like I was scammed. If anything I just want my $3000 back for the work that wasn't done and be done with this horrible nightmare. ****** learned.
