I purchased VIP meet and greet to meet ******** ******* spending over *****. I never received it. If I was scammed I still feel the company is liable to either pay up or refund my money. It should be their responsibility to make ensure their products aren't being sold fraudulently. They could take the steps to make sure that customers can easily get information on purchasing their products as well as common scams that have been occuring. I also believe the scammers could be people from the company. I just know that this company's failure to secure their product and protect their customers and clients will most likely have a negative effect on the music and film industry as well as their clients, fans and customers. I still haven't got to meet ******** ******* money doesn't grow on trees and u guys got it twisted thinking I'm just gonna let this go silently. I can give u dates and proof of payment

I paid $12,000 for meet and greets to ************* and his agent *******************. This happened months ago and never happened so I want my money refunded. I have begged, pleaded, threatened lawsuit to no avail. Then last week a *************** from ********* NE contacted me as ****************** and started with varies offers of all different amounts for the refund. $15M was the settled price. I signed a paper saying I would not seek money from Kitsch again. They asked for my bank info which ******************* used for door dash without my knowledge let alone permission so no way was I giving bank info so I set up Venmo or PayPal. Then now they want $1500 for a refund fee. I am not paying ************************* another *****. Told them to take it out of the refund and send me the balance. No that's when the name calling started and it ended with management saying they were closing my acct abd saying they already paid me the $15M. All I want is MY MOMEY RETURNED for something that never happened the Meet and Greet of *************************. I am sure this is a very profitable business and how they make their living with the real ** ****** not even knowing his name is being used. Now on Instagram their are ************************************* to chose from thus is the one on the motorcycle one which says its his only registered acct. He was going to come visit me last week but needed $1500 to park his private jet at the airport. Can't get much better than that story. I just need help getting my money returned. I have ************************ an ********************** as the management email address. Thank **** *******************************
