      Order placed On Nov.25, **** dropped it downstairs at mailbox and **** delivered on Nov.29. I went downstairs to check on the same day, and the package was not there. Our building has a strict policy in posted downstairs for delivery person to not leave packages downstairs if they cannot fit into mailbox because they will get lost. I emailed the seller and came into their store the next day, was told to wait for result today. I called seller today and they implied I might need to pay the items without refund, without getting anything in return, while they used a delivery service thats not delivered. It is not my fault and I should not be paying for it. (I also contacted **** same day, they replied they could not provide photo of delivery and confirmed it was left downstairs by the mailbox, they asked me to contact seller for a full refund). I refuse to pay for a package I did not receive. The seller should have used more secure delivery service. I did not receive anything from the seller and I want my money back.

      Hi,

      As you have mentioned, the package is lost because the building you lived in do not have a secured place for delivery, specific to ***** You mentioned on the phone that you have no issue other delivery such as ******. We as the seller do not have the ability to know the delivery policy of your building. We used **** for 70% of our shipment and rarely have issue like this where the building is not able to receive package from ****. When a package is lost, we have procedures to follow, such as submitting an insurance claim to ****. We understand your frustration but we received your inquiry only 2 days ago and it will take time for us and **** to look into this matter. We do not have any control over ****, nor *** or *****. They are independent service providers. As we mentioned on the phone, we will have to wait for a respond from **** before we can process any refund. Thank you

       This is not acceptable because I ordered something from the seller but I did not receive what I paid for. Seller is responsible for packing and delivery on this transaction. I will not pay for something I did not receive. They should obtain my exact package location and refund if they lost my package.
