I believe this company is a pure scam, and recommend nobody order anything from this company.We ordered an enclosed trailer from this business on July 12, 2024 and never received the trailer. We called the shipping company and they just gave us the runaround, always responding, "Oh it's in transit, should be there soon." After the delivery was 3 weeks late, we called Centuriun Logistics and a person named **** answered, asked who was calling, and I said my name and that I was seeking a refund for something I didn't receive, and he said, "Oh yea...(long silence)...Okay yea we'll look into it," and then he hung up without asking for any details like an order number or anything. Because the mention of a refund caused him to hang up so quickly, I believe this entire business is fake and a scam because they will not refund us for an item we purchased.Details: We ordered the "Customize Anvil Trailers 8.5x20 Enclosed Trailers" SKU for $5,320, and we paid a $385 flat rate for shipping. We paid for everything up front. Eventually we received an email from bigboxtransport.com saying they were shipping the order and it was due for arrival on Tuesday, July 30th. As of writing this, on Wednesday August 14th the trailer has not only not been received, but the shipping company is not picking up the phone, not responding to email inquiries, and the shipping information on their website still says "Due for delivery on July 30th."Customer Answer

After submitting my complaint ID ********, I discovered in my credit card statement that the company had refunded me. I still do not know what happened with the ordered product, as the company never informed me that the order had been cancelled and fully refunded, but since a refund was received, I no longer wish to have this complaint listed on the BBB website.

To whom it may concern.I am letting you know your company, Centurium Logistics out of Queens is with holding purchased goods by my company that were paid for ($4510 all taxes, shipping etc) and supposed to be delivered on 7/12/24 and never showed up.The contract was signed and payment fulfilled.Your manager ******************* and his 3rd party shipping company also scammed me out of $1800 and demanded more.I have already contacted the banks and the charges for the trailer will be reversed and have lodged a complaint with the BBB in ** and lastly, the ************************* Fraud division.The fraud division of the *** IN I will hire a lawyer and have every conversation between all parties recorded.I will keep going until all of my monies are returned and your company is exposed.Customer Answer

Ordered a 28' cargo trailer. The price seemed too good to be true. I called the number on the contact tab from the website after completing order and I spoke with someone who said he received my order and the trailer was to be built and I'd get a call when it was completed. The advertisement was a 2023 trailer. After not answering any follow up phone calls, I checked the BBB website and found similar complaints. They take your money and disappear.Customer Answer

Purchased an enclosed 6x14 trailer. Paid with debit card for container, title, shipping and 4D rings total was $4510. Got tracking number that the container was going to be delivered by a third-party on July 12. Third-party was hired by seller. I was then told by third-party who held the trailer that I needed to give them $1800 via Zelle and I would receive 95% back as a, extra insurance on the container. All that information was by email and phone and recorded the trailer arrived nor did the seller ever respond to the emails and phone calls about third-party that they hired stealing $1800.Customer Answer

Gave them to the 10th of June to deliver. They led me to believe everything was on track and ready to deliver. The day came and I tried to contact them to get the *** but no one answered either number I had. I continuously called them until finally he sent a text message and said he would call me later and of course he did not. I gave him until 2pm to contact me in which he did not again so I called and reported them as fraud. However my credit card has issued a credit to my account temporarily giving Centuriun Logistics to try and prove that they are not a fraud. After 60 days and they dont hear from them they will make the credit permanent.
But that still does not make it ok for them to continue to do people like this. I am not the only one and they still have the same products to sale at the same price on their website so they can scam even more people. This needs to stop.

I supposedly purchased an All Aluminum double axel trailer from Centuriun Logistics trailers at *********************************************************************************. I was being assisted by a *** ******************* who is the Sales Director-Business Improvement. There Email is: inforcenturiunlogistics or **************************. I was given the purchase number *****. I paid $3,000.00 for the trailer plus $385,00 for shipping. Then I was charged $900.00 for insurance transporting the trailer (I was told this was 99% refundable.) I then was informed that The Big Box Transport would handle the shipping. They then charged me not only the $900.00 insurance, but, $600.00 for the title for the trailer and $200.00 for storage. I was constantly in communication with them by Email. Other people involved was ******************** *********************** at Pay Pal, and $***************************** at : Big Bog Transport.
