      My brand new 2-ton unit was installed 8/2021 by this company that was recommended by a friend. I had issues with the unit shortly after installation (not cooling/heating). Now this evening with the upcoming temperatures dropping very low, my air handler is running continuously, but the unit outside is not working. I called and left a message this evening for someone to give me a call first thing in the morning. I then called the owner directly and after 2 hours, he had the audacity to text and tell me "Your labor warranty is up. You are welcome to call someone else".I'm speechless. To not have the decency to offer assistance.
