    I hired Whitestone Air to install a split unit in the guest bedroom. I specifically told the owner that I want the compressor to be mounted about 5 feet from the ground. The reason being is that it is a narrow passageway and I need all the space to pass my snowblower thru. The owner installed the compressor low to the ground and now my snowblower wont fit! I immediately told the owner that he installed it in the wrong spot. He told me he needs a special bracket to mount the compressor higher which is a lie. After numerous texts his wife agreed that a mistake was made and it will be corrected. I have been waiting for 4 months! They keep promising me that they will contact me to make an appointment and they never have. Now winter is coming and I will have to shovel the snow by hand and I have a bad back. I will have to contact my attorney!

    I found them from ******.I called then and they gave me offer for **** and i accepted the offer. They said come to different address from ****** map. I went over there to their house because they said like they have the house for office when i went upstairs i didn't saw any office or computer. They requested me only cash money, no check no zelle. I gave them **** cash and they said they will send me invoice to my email. I never received any invoice from them because they don't even have a company also their website it doesn't work its down. So i check reviews from yelp and everyone they saying scammers. Next day no even 24 hours i called *************************** and i explained like i have a problem i cant install the unit and i want my money back he said ok call my wife *************************** I called her she never responded I texted her no respond. Next day she called me and she said like they don't have money in the account and come in 2 days. After 2 days i called her and she never responded by phone calls She texted me like shes going to the bank and shes trying to put check but its not clear and they trying to find out, and like i said they never answer the phone calls only text messages. They are layers and scammers. After days i went to their house office and i was waiting for 5 hours finally they show up and i went front to their house and i told them i need my money right now and they send it to me by *****. Everything what i said right now ill show you text messages pictures and reviews. One of my family he said to me stay way from them but it was already late for me. I heard also *************************** she took a loan ****** $ and she never give back those money.

    Whitestone Air Inc. is either unlicensed or committing tax fraud because they refuse to provide invoices for their work. I called this company on 7/3/2023 to request a technician to service the central air conditioning in the apartment I rent. The technician, ***************************, arrived that evening and completed the repair. The technician charged me $950 ($800 for the work and $150 for the consultation). I paid him $900 in cash and $50 by personal check and I requested a invoice which I required in order to provide my landlord with proof of the work/cost so that I could deduct the $800 from my monthly rent. The technician responded that invoices were prepared in-house and that his wife *************************** would send me the invoice via email. **** has since flat out refused to provide me with the invoice citing a million excuses via text ranging from forgetfulness to tech issues to sickness in order to not provide me with a proper invoice for services provided and money received. I have security camera footage and pictures as proof of me paying the technician and the texts as proof of the conversations with his wife. They also havent cashed the $50 personal check I provided which is further proof that they dont want to leave any proof of transaction. I need that invoice because as a renter I am not responsible for home repair costs and I cant prove the amount to my landlord without the invoice. Until I get the invoice Ill have paid $900 out of pocket and will still need to pay my full rent amount when this is not my home.Also please note this company has as alternate address listed as ******************************************* with the same phone number that the BBB has listed.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Whitestone Air Inc. regarding complaint ID ********. I would like to continue to pursue this complaint as this company is forcing me to be financially responsible for a home repair cost that is not mine. On a separate but related note, ** also going to start a complaint with the irs for tax evasion because its clear to me this is the reason why this company refuses to provide receipts for their work. Upon researching Whitestone air, I have found several court cases against them, and also customer reviews with similar issues to my own.
