    The following lists items that I found defective concerning the Queens Hotel:1. The only elevator in the building went out of service on Sunday (I think) and I was told it would not be back in service until possibly Tuesday. I'm a 77-year-old diabetic and I my room was on the 4th floor. I could not continue to walk up and down the stairs for that long a period. It was actually 5 floors because there is a mysterious floor between the 2nd and 3rd floors.2. The phone in the room never worked and was never replaced despite repeated requests. It was also very dirty.3. There were no safety grab rails in the bathroom.4. I had to ask for an iron. There was an ironing board but no iron.5. Only three hangers in the closet.6. No face cloths in the bathroom.7. The railing holding the shower curtain was ***** along the bottom surface.8. No coffee maker in the room.9. No mini fridge in the room to store perishables like medications.10. No drawers to store clothing like underwear and socks.4 11. Very bad ultra bright white LED lighting in the room.12. Someone decided to smoke in their room and set off the smoke alarms throughout the building at 4am.13. The so-called breakfast room and breakfast selections was lousy.
