    On Monday, February 18, 2025, I attempted to do my laundry at Hi-Rise Laundry at *****************************, and three of the dryer machines took $2 each without working properly, resulting in a loss of $6. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue and despite multiple attempts to reach outincluding phone calls and messages through their websiteno one has responded to my concerns. Additionally, when I previously reported this issue, my request was completely ignored, and I was met with rude behavior.This ongoing problem is unacceptable. The machines are outdated and poorly maintained, and it is the companys responsibility to either repair or replace them to ensure customers receive the service they pay for. I am requesting an immediate refund of $6 and a response regarding what steps will be taken to address these ongoing machine failures.

    This complaint concerns three refunds owed to me from Hi-Rise Laundry Services provided in the residential apartment building where I reside at ****************************************************************. I pay to use the laundry services for washers and dryers and on three different occasions I lost money due to faulty washers and dryers. On 3/15/2024 I called in a refund of $5.00 for one dryer and one washer that did not work. On 3/20/24, I called in another refund for $2.50 for a non-working dryer. On 4/8/2024, I called in another refund for $5.00 for two washers. I am owed a refund of $12.50 and I have not received a single refund. My wife and I have been calling HiRise Laundry every day for a month asking about the $12.50 refund and HiRise has been uncooperative. My wife and I were told by *****, an employee of HiRise who handles the refund calls that *******************, President of HiRise Laundry does not believe that we are owed any refund because we are the only ones calling to report broken machines. ***** is very rude and doesn't follow up with ******************* her boss to ensure that the refund checks are paid out. This is the worst residential laundry services company I've ever had to deal with, they have 1.9 ratings on ****** and Yelp for their horrible customer service and lack of response. All I am asking is that I get my refund checks on a timely basis, my wife and I shouldn't have to call every week to follow up on a refund that is rightfully mine.

    I was sent a faulty laundry card after a month of waiting and back/forth with their office. They were incredibly rude in each conversation and I have reason to believe they sent me a faulty card on purpose. Due to this length of time in which I have to wait, I am forced to use wash&folds to clean my clothes and that triggers my eczema so I am dealing with flair *** while they seem to not care and would prefer to be rude in every conversation.
