    This laundry mat has outdated dryer machines that don't dry. I asked for help and owner continued to say it was my fault because I don't close the dryer correctly. Meanwhile he was holding the door for 2 minutes straight while it was still turning. The fact that it was on and turning and still not heating up. He resumes to say it was my fault because I didn't close the door correctly which makes no sense. Instead of helping me or giving me money back he kept saying it was my fault. This business has done this on numerous occasions and refuses to help the customer or refund even when there is no sign saying that you should hold the door correctly? Clearly a lack of customer support and ripping customers off and blaming them when they ask for help and waste more of your own money. This should be investigated cause it is not right and making people waste more money just because the machine doesn't work is not right and not acknowledging that as the business owner is clearly wrong!
