    I brought *********************** flour from an Indian store, 2 bags 20lb each. It's 100% whole wheat flour, but when I cook this flour looks like has some kind of chemical I contact the company, and they ask for the picture I send that and they won't do anything about it. it cost me $35.00 for 2 bags.

    Hi, I have a complaint about the quality of the product. Usually we get ***** brand food items here in ************/*********************** almost in all the Indian stores. In the month of April-2022, I found a piece of plastic in the tamarind.(Pictures and video attached). I was 4 month postpartum and thinking of eating something like that without getting noticed scared me. The second time, during the month of July 2022 we found hair in the tamarind (Pictures and video attached) and again on 14th Jan 2023, I found a hair in the tamarind. (Photos and video attached). We bought the same product from different Indian stores over the past 6-7 months but I assume the quality of the product itself is not good. I Tried to reach to their customer support since this seems to be a major health hazards and unhygienic thing but their reply was something like this below which amazed me and made me think that they have not taken the complaint or customer feedback seriously instead part of the reply describes about the recipe.********, Thank you for your message and I am sorry about the experience you are having. The nature of the product is such that it is packed manually, I have sent this to our quality team to open up an investigation. As for using the product, this product is not eaten raw. It is best to separate the seeds from the pulp. The best way to achieve that or one method used is Pour boiling water over tamarind, smash up a bit with a spoon and let soak for ***** minutes. Place in a colander and push pulp through with a spatula or spoon, scraping the bottom of the colander from time to time, until only the fibers remain and you have about 2 cups of thick tamarind paste.Having foreign material is not acceptable and again, I am sorry about that. If you send your address, I can mail you a replacement. Thank you, ***** HOS ****************
