    This was my first time with web trade in and it was a success. They did a great job of handling my claim. My only critiques is that they need to reply to emails in a more timely manner. I would also like to see they can extend the quote for more than *************************************************************************** the old one.

    Very honest business, I rated my iPhone 14 Pro as flawless, they made an adjustment. I requested a video and they sent me video showing flaw that I did not notice in the first place. Will do business with them again. Thanks for the quick payment.

    had a terrible experience, from waiting times much longer than what they said, to them finding tiny blemishes that resulted in them not honoring the offer. They offered me far less than they should have and now it's not really worth having them send the phone back and trying all over with an actual reputable place. Be aware of hidden fees that no other place has. Wish I never used this company to sell my old phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE.
