    On 07/30/2022 I took my 528i *** i for servicing to this station. I purchased PRIOR the brakes, spark plugs, sensor and air filter. I was told by *** the owner I also needed the oil gasket done as well. I agreed to proceed with the work. *** called and advised me the total charge for everything was $1865.96 and the car would be ready by 5pm . I decided to pick up the car the next day. Upon paying for the work I tried to start my car and wouldnt start . I asked my fiance to assist and see if the car would start for him. The car started then stopped. We left the car at the service station. I called the next morning and asked *** whats going on? I told I just paid $1896.00 and brought him paid parts and the car wouldnt start. He told me he test drove the vehicle (which was untrue and he will take a look at. We returned on 08/01/2022. *** advised my boyfriend they rushed to complete the work. We picked up the vehicle however half way down the block it stopped again. I told my boyfriend that I was going to contact *** the next morning and ask for a diagnostic check. I was able to get a n appt Thurs 08/04/2022. *** diagnostic review found that the parts were put incorrectly and they were "BENT and rolled" causing vacuum leaks and the car drive rough. I had to pay an additional **** to get the car back to running condition. I asked for a refund from Nortopia for oil gasket $ ****** plus the installation ****** . There answer to me was that *** " lied " to me. *** services thousand of customers a month and stand by the quality of work. In addition once I received the car back from *** it ran fine.
