    I had this company install the 3 zone a/c split unit in my apartment in 2020. One of the units is giving out problems with drainage. Which means the water was sitting in the drain and the unit. I noticed this problem this last week when I turned on the unit when a strong smell of mold came out. After I inspected I had to clean out the mold that was building up inside the unit and found out the original installation was definitively improper and directly caused the current issue, rather than normal wear and tear or other factors over time.I was told from **** the owner of the company that I had to pay $400 to fix the problem. The drain line is pitched to the opposite direction since the first installation. To fix this issue they have to move the unit more closely to the ceiling.

    I recently bought the range hoods-brand name is Fujisonic. . Then they claim to have a 1 yr warranty. However, it broke after few monthes, When i call the story, they said will contact the company to give me a call. I have been waiting a month for a replacement part, still have no answer until now. Even after that, we have been contact few time, still have no solution for us.

    This customer purchased the hood from our store on 5/8/2023. On 3/8/2024, the customer claimed that the hood was noisy and needed service. We told her that she needed to clean the hood from time to time to keep the hood working properly. And also, we offered her if she would pay $100 and we would replace a new one for her. Unfortunately, she declined. In order for the hood to work properly, customers need to clean the hood often, otherwise, if the grease will accumulate and make the hood noisy.
