    I gained employment with Cleaning Pass on April 6th, 2025. During that time, I completed an onboarding process and spoke mainly during that time with a representative by the name of *****. After sending all the required documents I was fully onboard with the company and did not suspect that anything was wrong until I complete a full week's worth of work and was not paid. Promises of being paid were continuous but were never fulfilled. Things took a turn for the worst when I began inquiring about my pay, the company eventually blocked my number. When I visited the address listed for the company, I discovered that a different company was located at that address, I have tried contacting the company from different numbers and as soon as I would explain the reason for my call I was blocked. I am asking that the BBB complete a thorough investigation and assist me with my inquiry.

    I hired this business for three cleaning services which were provided. I later learned they made three unauthorized charges on my credit card for cleaning services that were never provided (October 28, 2023; November 17, 2023; February 8, 2024). ***************************** is the owner, and I have been dealing exclusively with his booking agent *****, who has refused to connect me to the owner. who I attempted to contact once I learned of the unauthorized charges. After acknowledging they made the charges (I have a copy of a text message), they have given me the run-around for weeks about refunding my money. They first said they could not reverse the charges, then they refused to send me a check, they then demanded my bank information, told me that the routing number was invalid, then said they couldn't wire the money until May 29th. I repeatedly called attempting to get my money back before May 29th and was repeatedly denied the opportunity to speak to the owner, and I was not provided with any logical reason why the money could not be refunded prior to the end of the month of May. I called again today and ***** refused to let me speak to ************** and told me that he said I should dispute the charges (it is too late to do that), despite the fact they sent me a text message that the money would be put into my account on MAy 29th. Today ***** refused to provide me with her last name and the physical address of the business. She hung up on me and my subsequent calls have been sent to a computer generated answer machine. It is unreal that I have had to wait so long to have $576 refunded to me from a company that made UNAUTHORIZED charges on my credit card, and now they have my banking information. I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you -

    I contracted with Cleaning Pass for the initial offering of cleaning services. Without my approval, they automatically charged my credit card for future services. I contacted them immediately and they sent me a form to complete to cancel the service and request a refund. Instead of refunding my credit card, they said they were giving me a "credit" of service. Meaning they kept my money and still want me to use the service. I have had repeated contact with them via phone and text message and they still will not issue the refund.

    I spoke to ***** from Cleaning Pass on May 30th & the agreement she agreed on was to charge my card 3 days before my scheduled date for July. I did not not make any appointment for cleaning for July however Cleaning-pass went ahead & charged my card without my authorization on June 27.After contact them, they sent me a refund request form to be completed which I completed on 06/27/23. Since then, I have been sending follow up emails & made several calls, however, there is no refund that has been processed as of yet. The charge of $192.29 is unauthorized and Cleaning Pass should process the refund.
