    BEWARE This was once the address for Dr. *********************** The business has been SOLD yet Dr. ********************** only shows up at this Forest Hills Address in searches with ******************. Advertisment stating that Dr. ********************** works there is FALSE . In addition ******************************** who has bought the business with *********************** has had to hire a criminal defense attorney over his unethical business dealings . ************ is now deceased. Within 1 year of purchasing the business and having his own personal stash of Notrous Oxide . I witnessed DT. **** abusing , ************ was sent home to ******* in a body bag. Dr. ******* still uses his name and photo image of him in his advertisements as though he still works there.
