I signed a contract with NorthEast Adjustments **** with the adjuster *************** regarding an electric fire that occurred on 12/29/2020. **** instructed us to hire an electrician to turn the power on again after it was safe to do so. He said he will add this to the claim for reimbursement. We hired ***** ********************* for the job and was charged $326.63. We sent **** the copy of cancelled check and invoice in January 2021 to be added to the claim. On April 11, 2021, **** sent the insurance estimates to **, he told ** before will go over all items before submitting to the insurance company. However, he never went over any of the estimates with ** before submitting the claim. We emailed him after found out the electricity job was not in the claim, he told ** to send the copy of cancelled and invoice. We sent it again on April 11, 2011 and July 26, 2021. We called him many times to follow up during years of 2021 and 2022, and received the same answer repeatedly saying he submitted the claim and there is nothing else he can do. He finally stopped answering our calls entirely. On the claim, aside from the missing electrician work, **** only claimed two windows, when there were three windows damaged in the fire.We call the insurance company in January 2023 and they told **, the claim was never submitted and the case was closed on 11/30/2021.
