    On 04/05/2023 I took my father, ***********************************, to what was suppose to be an appointment with ************************. We agreed to pay $350 to see the doctor directly, rather then pay $250 to see a PA. We had high hopes for ************************, unfortunately he didn't deliver. We had to wait over an hour to see the doctor, even though we arrived early. Then one of the receptionists gets us from the waiting room and walks us into a small office... not even an operatory. ************************ was sitting behind the desk when we walked in and took a seat. He failed to even acknowledge that we were there until he was completely done with whatever it was that he was typing on the computer, which was quite frankly RUDE. We began explaining the issue to the doctor and he spent the whole time talking about how he should've never gotten a previous procedure my dad had done and trashing the establishment he had it done at. Not once did he address the issue or provide any solutions. I had to ask the doctor questions to get any type of answer, which were quite frankly dismissive and mediocre. He spent more time talking to us about ***** and what has been going on in the news, rather then addressing my dads concerns. I also brought in some of my dads recent lab work and patient chart from his procedure. I mentioned to the doctor I had them and he completely ignored me and didn't even take a look at them. He rushed us out of the office, maybe he wanted to go home, but that was no way to treat a new patient. We waited over an hour for us to see him for no more then 5 minutes. I tried reaching out to the office to speak to someone in regards to getting a refund for this negligent inconvenience we had to endure. I was informed that I needed to speak to ****** who apparently is the manager. I've called multiple times and even emailed and I have yet to receive any type of response back. At this time I am requesting a full refund for what I paid so that I can take my dad to a more qualified place.
