The iPad was not fixed, once the batter had died it could no longer be charged and the Apple logo was on loop. No, you did not offer to bring it to a lab, you said that the ipad was not able to update to run the software, but rather to do it myself and update it on my computer after paying you money, I am trying to fix my own problem. I had this iPad for two years and never had any issues with updates or even charging the iPad h til I decided to let you fix my cracked screen. There was no solution offered from your tech other than to run the update software on my own computer and see if it works. I decided to bring it to the Apple Store telling the tech that they can find the solution and fix the iPad. And the tech clearly stated that if Apple stated the problem was from fixing the screen I would be refunded.

Apple store ran a diagnostic and verified the issue was from fixing the screen and is not fixable, proof of verification from Apple on attached file.

I should be refunded because they cause the problem, offer no solution other than update it myself. Problem occurred after getting the screen fixed, not before. They caused the problem, they need to refund me the money for breaking it. This is not ok.

g a new iPad after wasting 305$ on fixing with with a business that doesnt know how to fix a glass screen and doesnt want to accept the blame of his actions. Says it has nothing to do with his work of fixing, so why is it after getting it fixed my iPad wont turn on or charge at all? He is to blame and this business is a fraud. He is unable to fix the damage he caused after changing my screen, he should refund me the money because now I am left without an iPad that works after changing it. He says it was not because he changed the screen, how was it possible that after changing the screen by him now I am left with this problem right after? It makes no sense if it says it is not his doing, I have had this iPad for two years and the only reason I went because my ***** care was expired and the ***** Store was not my choice. Never again will I go to a third party store to fix an ***** product. Now my daughter has no iPad for school. I am left with 305$ gone and no iPad.

Hello, this is ****** ******* paperwork

iPad was fixed and he left from the store with the iPad working .

When he got him and the battery died he Reached out saying it was boot looping .

We offer him to bring it back. We tried to run the software in the store. And the iTunes gave an error. The tech try different computers to run the software but it was giving same error .

Tech explained him the device was perfectly working when he picked it up, but we could run the software as a courtesy but we will need to send it to the lab to be able to do it Because we couldnt do it successfully in the store .

The customer decided to take it to the apple and and didnt allow us to offer him any solution.

Refund was denied because the iPad was perfectly working at the moment of check out.

Good morning,  I reviewed the response. As I mentioned earlier the assistance on our side still stands. You can come by so we can take your device to a lab for full courtesy diagnostic. I reviewed pictures attached of the receipts. I didn't see any Apple diagnostic report attached. In any case in most cases Apple will want you to buy a new device. They don't want to ***********. Please stop by to drop off your device so we can do a courtesy lab diagnostic for you. Thank you for your time.

I already tried to go to your store to let you run diagnostic test. I went back the day after thanksgiving, and you said you were not able to run a diagnostic test. I want my refund, I sent you an iPad with a broken screen that worked, what you return to me was an iPad with a fixed screen but is broken. If you dont want to admit your fault, admit your unprofessional, unethical working effort. You promised to us a fixed screen but it got tampered with in process. My daughter uses the iPad for school, will you supply her with a temporary iPad while it is in the lab? What responsibilities will you take after breaking it? Not only did I spend money fixing it, I had to buy a new ipad. You do not take any responsibility for your wrong doing, you dont accept the fact after I fixed my ipad the night of, it broke and because unchargeable, nonfunctional.

I DID go back and decided to let you fix you a second time, but you made no effort in trying to resolve it, instead you told me to go home and update myself. After going home, I explained I was not able to do it on my own, and you didnt respond respond back for ANY resolution.

I have attached a file from Apple proving that you fixing the screen damage MY iPad and there is no way to fix it. APPLE is the company that makes an APPLE iPad, they were able to run a diagnostic proving me correct.
