    The washing machine left my mattress cover soaked. I told female worker and she said that the washing machine cant properly wash the item. I bought my cart with me and the same worker moved it. Then she twice expected me to move out of her way without saying excuse me. I find that rude and unprofessional and I dont care that I had to spend the extra money to dry the item I do however value my time

    On 8/2/22 we dropped off 3 bags of ************ with 3 comforters, 2 fulls bags of clothes. Approximately 50lbs. We picked up the clothes a few days later. Only one bag of laundry was given back to us. The lady said that they fit everything into one bag. I got home and put the clothes away. The clothes are my husbands, sons and mine. All of my clothes were missing. All the females clothes including undergarments valued at about $600. *** complained and made reports to them several times. First they refused to *************. They dont call back and I spoke to someone just now and they claim I only brought in 26lbs of laundry which is false. I paid close $100 for laundry. I asked them to check the cameras. Supposedly the manager checked them but never gave an update on where the clothes were/are and refuses to call me back. A whole bag of clothes are missing and I now have to purchase new work clothes and uniforms and undergarments and socks.
