    The company lists their service starts at $14.99, but their lowest option when you sign up is $19.99. They offer an 18% discount for first purchase but thats still $16.40. False advertising and bait-and-switch should not be tolerated at all.

    In addition to our emailed offer (attached) to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction, we are willing to honor the price listed in the old advertisement, although the product mentioned is no longer available in our current offerings. At the time, the product was priced at $14.99, and we are committed to providing you with a better value in our current product range.
