    I bought and paid for a septic tank $1360.. with the price I paid the tank was supposed to be set in the ground. When they came to deliver the tank would not set because of the mud so the guy said I can drop it and come back to set since you paid for it. I called to set up a time for them to come back and set the tank they told me Friday, September 22 in the afternoon. I waited all day and they never showed up then I called them that afternoon and no one answered so I called them on Monday, September 25 at 7:30 in the morning and they were really rude and told me that they talked to my neighbor and he was going to set it. I told them I was waiting for them to set it. The lady then says, well I will have to charge you another delivery charge to come and set the tank. then she proceeded to say I am going to call your neighbor to ask him about setting the tank. all I want them to do is refund me money for not setting my tank and having to get someone else to do it. It is gonna cost $300 to have someone set my septic now..

    Response taken by phone:  The area where the tank was to be placed is on a steep hill with no road to that area and the hole was full of water.  We are willing to work with her to find a solution but there may be additional charges given the circumstances.
