    I paid for 40 ft of gutters with screen. After less than a year during heavy rains I noticed my gutters were not working. I went up and saw that screen had only been put on half of the length and my downspout was clogged, and my basement wet. I have called several times over the last 2 weeks and he will not answer or return my calls.

    Called about warranty papers he promised me and never received. He said he called me but there was no voicemail. I had complained how the gutters are leaking and now they are on the ground. Still waiting for a call back.

    I hired sacandaga seamless gutters to put gutters up. He was real nice and promised the world but when he was done he never gave me paperwork. Said he’d mail it to me. It’s been about a month and still no warranty paperwork. Also when it rained it was overflowing. I called him with no reply back. I would not recommend this company honestly. He’s a real shady character. FYI he was the owner.
