I have a #Warranty issue that they are not addressing properly. I bought a trailer from them and the tires are wearing out unevenly and immaturely. I’ve been trying for months to get this problem resolved and they’re doing nothing to correct it. The trailer axles have a five year warranty and they’re doing nothing to satisfy my complaint.

Thank you for notifying us on this issue , we are in the process of receiving this axle and replacing it for the customer , however at this time due to the way the tires are wearing only on one side of the trailer and the axles are square we feel that the trailer was driven over a curb while over loaded or something of that manner , we are planning on analyzing it more when the axle is removed and then it is up to Dexter to decide if it can be warrantied
