      RIP OFF!! We had been customers of Harbor Point since 2009. Our propane use was limited to just cooking. This resulted in a rental charge of $75 plus tax each year. Our usage was on average about 5 to 7 gallons per year. In light of this we decided to terminate our account with Harbor Point in June. There was a termination fee of $ 102. Which was pointed out to us was in the contract. There was also 17 gallons of propane left in our tank. The price we paid per gallon was approximately $5.00. The last fill was $ 5.34 per gallon. Harbor Point gave us a credit of $1.00 (one dollar) per gallon. Numerous calls to the office has resulted in no resolution. The rep who I talked to about the refund amount could not help. She said she would have her manager call. It has been since June and we have not heard a word! Seems like price gouging to me.

      RIP OFF! We had propane tanks at our rental property and when the tenant left they had filled the tanks. The new tenant decided to go elsewhere because Harbor Point wanted a very high (hundreds of dollars) deposit. We notified Harbor Point of this and they did not care that they were loosing an account. We notified them a date for the pick up of the tanks which was April 26, 2023. They picked up the tanks and we called them about a month later as we were expecting the refund of propane from the full tanks. They informed us at that time we would only be getting a refund of $ 41.00 from two tanks because there is a charge of $ 150.00 for each tank to picked up. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THIS AND FIND IT NO WHERE IN OUR PAPERWORK! We have asked to speak with someone at the headquarters and we are told that we cannot have that number. THIS COMPANY IS SHADY AT BEST! Low prices to get business in town and now their true colors are showing. As of today, 8/3/23 we still have not received our refund of even the $41.00.
