******************** was lawfully evicted by a *** ******* ******** to a Court proceeding (Kings County *********** Index ********************** He was informed following the eviction where his belongings were located and tried to extort money from the landlord to pay him monies that he has no legal entitlement to. This complaint is a frivolous attempt to extort money from my office and/or my client. Prior to being evicted, ******************** was unlawfully occupying the property for nearly ten years and collecting rent from other people by fraudulently representing himself to be the owner of the property in question.

******************** appeared in Court and the Court allowed the eviction to proceed. My client offered ******************** money to voluntarily remove his property and vacate the premises before the ******* was scheduled to come, but ******************** failed to comply with his obligations and was evicted. ******************** did not take any further steps to seek relief from the Court to retrieve his belongings, thinking instead that he would be able to threaten my office and my client with baseless complaints to extort money from my client.
