    I use this office for therapy. My therapist if great but she works through this practice owned by *******************************. They had submitted a master bill to my insurance carrier and made an error on (2) dates of service. They left off the last digit of a cpt code. I cannot get reimbursed by my carrier until this is corrected. Their office manager, ****** had promised several times to correct it and email it to me. She has not. I have left voice messages at the office, messages through their portal and text messages. I have not received any response to any of my efforts. On Oct. 5, 2022, ****** texted me: I'm working on your receipt. Can you send me the original at ********************************************** and I will edit it before Friday. I emailed her the requested docs on that day, Oct 5, I on Oct 7 I texted her to confirm that she received it. no response. I texted her on Oct 18, no response. I texted on Oct 20. She responded by asking if I had emailed her the docs. I advised yes on the 5th as requested. She replied that she would do the correction the next day. On Oct 24 I asked if she corrected it. No response. I texted on Oct 26 and 28. No response. I texted on Nov 7 no response. I left messages at the office on Nov 7 and prior to that (don't have the date). I left text messages on their portal on 10/20/22, 10/25/22 and 11/7/22. No response. All they need to do is add one digit to the cpt code for (2) dates of service.
