Business is a total rip off charged almost $500 just to be pulled out of a ditch. There are 24 hour towing company and they charge $100 extra supposedly off hours. You’re a 24 hour towing company. There’s no such thing people don’t get an accident between the hours of eight and four tried to talk to them about the price and all he did was swear at me and tell me that that’s a county rate which there is no such thing this place is a fraud

Charging folks almost $600 to tow a car that slide into a ditch due to an unplowed Street..lying about their hours on their posted information so you can not pick up their car in a timely fashion. Breaking DARP consumer laws. Definitely reporting to the BBB. Try to say the sheriff's office sets the rate which is incorrect as well. There was no ticket or arrests. It was just unfortunate luck as the car couldn't make it up a hill and we turned around. The gentleman gave a breakdown which makes absolutely no sense. The car was towed roughly around 3:00 a.m. Sunday. Called 7am Sunday and was told they open Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. in which we showed up at 9:00 a.m. and we were charged 2 days worth of storage fees! Definitely will be taking action to find answers. A hand written receipt and verbal explanation isn't legit. We were never told pricing before the tow nor were we given anything to sign for agreement to the pricing. I want to make it clear...this isn't about the cost. I care less about the money..money comes and goes like water, it's the way the world goes round. What I care about is making sure that companies aren't ripping off folks who bust their butts every day and to do the right thing. People take advantage of others way too often and until I see a legal document of the contract they have with the county... I will investigate. Update: BBB cannot handle this case, it is being review by Catt Co Sheriffs Dept. and the Attorney Generals office as well Companies response to the BBB was the road was plowed and we refused to call the sheriff's office..however it wasn't plowed (I'm sure the sheriff had on a body camera the entire time and he even admitted to his truck sliding when he turned around??) and I'm in communication with a lieutenant who is investigating the matter.
